Live Service Desk for seent.pages.dev. Tickets are now stored server-side in Cloudflare D1 via /api/tickets — same tickets on any device, not just this browser. Admin & employees only; Service Desk is not on the public site.

First run: no login exists yet. Create the ADMIN login now — you choose the username and password (minimum 8 characters). They are stored hashed on Cloudflare, never in this page's code.

🔑 Admin key
Only needed if ADMIN_KEY secret is set in Cloudflare. Stored only for this browser session.

🧹 Housekeeping
Delete duplicates scans every live ticket, keeps the first (lowest SD number) of each identical ticket, and permanently deletes the later copies. Nothing else is touched.
⬆️ Import my old browser tickets
If you created tickets before v2 (like the 3 open ones in this browser), import them once into the live database. After import they will show on every device.
📁 Archive folder
Archived tickets are kept, not deleted — with the time they were posted and the time they were archived. Restore puts a ticket back in the live list; Delete permanently removes it.
🕘 Login log — ins & outs (admins only)
Every log-in, log-out, failed log-in, new login created, and the first admin setup — recorded server-side with time and IP. Newest first, last 100.
